Allyson Felix

Allyson Nicole Felix was born on the 18th of November on the 18th of November in Los Angeles. Paul Felix, her father, was an ordained pastor from Master's Seminary Sun Valley. Marlean Felix worked at Balboa Magnet Elementary School. Felix displayed an early talent in sports as she was taking classes at Los Angeles Baptist High School. Her sprinting potential at the time. Just 10 weeks after her first trial, she was 2nd in the 200 meters of the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championship. Felix signed a contract for a professional career with Adidas in 2003. She after that she enrolled at University of Southern California to learn about elementary education. Felix's debut Olympic medal was won at the 2004 Summer Olympics held in Athens Greece. Felix set the record of world juniors for taking 200 meters in 22.18 seconds. In 2005, she was the youngest 200-meter world champion during the Helsinki World Championships. She defended this title in 2007 by defeating her long-time Jamaican adversary Veronica Campbell. Felix participated in the Olympics during Beijing London Rio de Janeiro as well as Tokyo regularly placing in the top 3 in all her competitions.
